Documentation to help resolve common issues with uploading data to the FEI Paperless system
This page lists the common errors that might ocur when uploading the data through the extension.
Permission error
Permission Error
This error means that the currently used FEI ID doesnt have permission. Official is required that in the FEI Schedule the FEI ID of Jon Stenqvist is listed. This is the default for everyone. In case you have listed someone else there, try using the credentials of this person with the Add Credentials button. In case this still leads to a permission error, contact Equipe.
Error in FEI ID
FEI id's not found
When this error is returned, their are FEI id's not correct in the corresponding startlist. Please check and correct missing FEI id's of rider and horse. Also incorrect FEI ID's will be reported. Example:
FEI returning ID that isnt correct
Missing/incomplete results In case of a result missing, try manual push results in the extension. Note this action takes time to complete, take a look at the log through View send FEI Messages to view the status.
Judges dont upload (Competition Judge at position:x not found in RUNNING competition)
Judge not found error
Sometimes there is a problem with uploading a specific judge, or their seem to be results.
When this error happens, disable the webhook of the extension.
Use the button Manual Set Competition Upcoming,
Then use the Manual publish button,
(In case competition is finished) Then the Manual push results button.
(In case competition is finished) Once all results are in, finalize this with Manual Push Prizemoney.

Startlist not uploading
Error on submission data
In some circumstances most of the time with young horses, the startlist doesnt upload. This is due to an issue that one or more horses aren't yet avaiable in the FEI Paperless software. Please contact Equipe, so we can investigate the issue.
