Validation of VAT number is up and running again

Minor fix when emailing the invoice for an account in Equipe, the filename could be very long as all the account horses where in the filename, and this could give problem saving the file in some email clients.

Now only name of the show and account holder is in the filename.

Recovery Time is now in included in the export to FEI.

When entering to a show in entry.equipe.com we now display the total number of entries made so far in each competition and, if applicable, the maximum number of entries and the number of reserves.

It's shown in the format of entries/max entries (+reserves), and hovering the mouse over the label gives a more detailed description of the numbers.

When looking at the complete break down of all number of starts for a given system invoice now includes all statuses.

We also made it possible to export the invoice details as excel friendly csv.

Riders can request to disable result notifications for their starts. We just fixed a corner case in the announce finished push message.

You can now define the language of the invoice independent from the language you are using in app.equipe.com.

You can run the system in your language of choice while printing invoices in the official language of the show.

We now forward possible categories from federation settings to entry on the current show, and it's possible to mark categories as required, it will the force a pony category in order to enter a pony competition.

We've updated the fetching data into a competition that contain team members for an administrative team competition, proper trigger recalculation of teams, no need to add a dummy fetch to trigger it anymore.

Now you can quickly access the estimated start times for all riders from an account. Press the clock button the toolbar, or the key combination v t, brings up the dialog, defaults current date, but can be changed with the date selector.

Great if a rider as worried about collisions, if they want to get the information let them take a photo of the screen or inform about that this is also available at online.equipe.com (if you have enabled the Publish estimated start times under File > Publish Online > Advanced)
