The previous weeks we have been busy upgrading to latest version of the application framework we are using to build our systems, it's has now been running in production for over a week 🎉.

We are now in the process of upgrading the language itself. This is an important part of our duty, not staying behind and being able to take advantage of the latest features of the tools we are using.

You can now help riders that have forgotten their login information in the mobile app, or if their FEI ID was reserved by trainer or family membrer before.

Sign in to online.equipe.com via app.equipe.com. File > Publish Online, Green button Sign in to online.equipe.com.

From the Admin menu, choose Self services.

Here you will find a list of all riders that have connected self service to their mobile app.

Import CSV

You can click Mapping directly and it will also upload the file and continue to mapping. Same as the Continue button.

Import from organizer people

If you are importing a person from organizer people or from the shared database over riders that opt-in to share information across organizers, in any case rider with FEI ID will not update First name, Last name, Nation as we trust FEI as data source of these fields and it should be correct.

Publish Online

We don't collect name, email and cell phone number of the result responsible person anymore, and confirmation of publish online agreement. This was something we introduced back in the days when we started with online.equipe.com, and show organizers was not used with it. Now days this is the single source of truth for results and everyone is aware that it's important that online.equipe.com is updated with the latest information and we don't miss any results.

For the initial publish and you choose the option Exclude starts under Advanced, if validation don't pass, the Exclude starts will still be remembered on next page load to avoid confusion.

Competition entry without category or section

We ironed out an, in very rare cases a competition entry without category set on the start could happen if the horse was missing category in the master lists, this fix eliminate this problem.

Rounding issue prize money

We found and fixes a rare case rounding issue on prize money.

Added support for max speed on Ideal time in Endurance.

For integrations between Equipe and Federations, two new fields have been added, prize_money and prize_text

Supported paper sizes A3, A4 and A5. Landscape (default) or Portrait (Great choice few jumps / efforts on the course).

Best of all, this can be printed including results that have been submitted in Equipe with statistics.

We've improved and optimised the flow for rebuilding large score summaries, so they are now running on a dedicated servers with auto scaling.

This is an old rule, but in the 2019 rulebook there is a better explanation and example, and just recently FEI updated their result validation to enforce this calculation rule, before this weekend, the calculation needed to be done differently in order to send the results without validation error via FEI Web Services.

We are up to date now, no action required, you can send the results as normal via File > FEI > Export results

If you prefer using your own printed dressage tests instead of our built in dressage tests, we have one nice small addition. You can now print labels with the judge name on it, before this you had to type the name of the judge in the free text textbox.

We have had this under the radar for a while, from now on are all print settings stored in a backup of a show, this will be useful for those of you that is using a template show.
