Added option to disable withdraw of entries that have been imported and isn't present in following imports.

Useful if the federation doesn't provide a file that always contain all entries.

When you copy starts, we will now always reset prize money so they are not by misstake given twice. If you want prize money on your copied starts, you need to redistribute them. We believe this is a much better default!

It is now possible to filter shows by country on https://online.equipe.com and in the iOS and Android apps. International shows are not filtered.

We've moved invoice settings to it's own tab under show settings, and added a new invoice footer sentence.

After running this for a few days, we've got some feedback. On two shows bank details has been the first thing that have been filled in, preventing future updates.

So we have instead of locking down the form completely after the bank details is set, we only lock this specific fields.

If you want to allow the rider to update their own bank details, it's possible to uncheck Arrived.
