I have preloaded all our club shows for the year. I had set the show to open today, yet instead all of my shows have been archived, including one that was opened already for the end of the year.
How can I recover this information without having to re-fill all of the submit/acceptance/terms and conditions sections?
A lot of work has just been lost if I cant recall the information on the entries page

If you choose the show it will ask you if you want to unarchive the show and it will give you full access in the same state before it was automaticaly archived.

Thankyou, but unfortunately it doesn't. I have unarchived the show, which was published, and all of the 'submitted, accepted, terms and conditions information has been deleted'.

Hi Alyce,
Yes, this is the only thing we do wipe on archive, it's published / exported, it's to avoid to by misstake change old results and get them published to online.equipe.com for example.
The show is connected to the show in entry, so you can import, but in order to update the competitions from app to entry, at themoment new confirmation is needed - is that a problem?

While thats frustrating, and doesn't allow me to preload the shows in advance, I can work around it.
However, I have a show that is currently open but will not be run until November. Can I change the settings so that it does not archive? ie the show is open to entries, it has entries, yet it has been archived?! I don't want to have to import any time i need to check or to make any modifications
