How far in advance can a show go on to the online site?

I was wondering how far in advance a show can go on to the online site/app? I was hoping it could be viewed along side the GDP show to advertise to possible competitors.

The show can be published anytime and can be found through the show search function or directly on the URL.
As we only display current show (shows up to 7 days before) and the last week they will not be shown on the main page.
