Is there any way to add a shadow judge on a competition, or some report where you could compare or import the results from multiple competitions so that judges in training can compare their results easily to the official judges?

Good morning Aengus,
What I recently did, was:
In shadow class: assign shadow Judge to a letter not used(moet likely the position it was sitting if its not duplicated) Fetch C(original shadow Judge location) to new letter Fetch all other judges back in to shadow class Then you can print protocols/ judge comparisons
