Creating the list

Hi,

For our upcoming three‑day national show, we need a list of horse–rider pairs that compete on all three days.
Is there any good method to create this?

Best regards
Ave

Hi Ave,

Sorry for this delay in answer. This can easily be done with Actions > Fetch data and using the option Create missing start, for example bring in the start order for all competitions.

But if you want to do this to add a fee, it is easier done with Show setting > Meeting fees.

Hi Jon,

Thanks for your reply!
It seems I phrased my question a bit inaccurately — I didn’t mean all horse–rider combinations who participated in three days, but specifically those who made at least one start per day over the three days.
It seems to me that I can't produce that kind of list with Fetch Data.

Hi,

Fetch data will only create uniq combinations of the competitions you choose, so if you choose from all competitions it will produce the list you ask for, a rider that have participated at least one time of the combinations you choose to fetch from.

I think he wants to have only the riders/horses who are attending every day

Create 3 lists named friday, saturday and sunday
Use the fetch data Jon mentioned to get the list filled with the riders/horses competing that day

Goto horses, select print icon
Horse List

Under show select the 3 created lists
In Columns be sure to select the column Events

Export to Excel and filter the riders with Friday/Saturday/Sunday listed under the column Events

I have been using Excel for this, but I was hoping there might be a simpler way to do it directly in Equipe.

Thanks for the help and explanations!
