Hi. When we do the times between rides, when riders are on multiple accounts it doesn't seem to work well. Is there a better way to group the riders? We don't want to merge the accounts as the riders will sometimes ride for other people.
Thanks

Dear Lauren, if the riders are not duplicated (that means they have same National License for national shows or FEI ID), if you turn on the Check under Tools,
And put the minimum number of horses you want in between, Equipe will highlight in red the ones who are not complying with this minimum.
In this example as you can see number one and number 2 is the same rider with the same horse, So I don't know if this is a entry mistake or they are allowed to made the class twice.
In any case you could pick the start you want to move clicking on the three parallel lines on the left and move to the place you want to move and renumber.
One you want to made the start list via Randomize the competition or via Reorder via a Master List, Equipe takes this into account and separate the same riders or the same horses in one competition.
Could you please let me know the show and competition where this is not happening in order to check it?
Hi Alex. If you look at Thomas Bartrup below. Because he has multiple owners he has multiple person profiles in the system. Therefore when we go to 'check start times' it doesn't work for Thomas to resolve clashes because the system does not see he has multiple profiles. The multiple accounts are needed because one rider can ride different horses for different payers.
We have a huge 7 day national show 'The ALX Horseboxes Arena UK Major Show Jumping Championships' coming up so any support with this would be great. We may have more questions as we will have over 1100 horses competing each day.
Thank you, Lauren and Eamonn

Hi Lauren . You can keep all horses on the same rider , and create different people for the invoice if rider has multiple owner. For this : Create the differents owner in people. then on the competition tab of the rider , activate the column "payer" and "receiver" in field selector
and change the values with new owner. After you can get invoice by owner and keep rider for the "check". in the "economy" tab you will get notification about fees paid by someone else. You can also apply this for the fees like shaving, straw, electricity or any fees recorded on Equipe. Hope that can help

Dear Lauren and Eamonn,
Yes this is the consult for the Checking the start times in order to know if there is a collision for one particular rider. Is very useful when you are using more than one arena like in the Tours.
In this case the rider has time in between all the horses except two in the competition 2a but please note that the start list is not already done and the riders with more than one horse in one single class are entered together.
Once you randomise the start list and made the start list as a draw, Equipe will separate automatically the riders with more than one horse in each competition. Once you made that, you could go to the check start times and move them in case you need.
Steps: 1st Import entries via Equipe Entry System or import csv file 2nd Made the start list of all competitions. If all of them are by Draw: Tools - Starting Order - Randomise 3rd Go to the Check Start Times and move any possible colission 4th Publish the start list with the times in online.equipe.com
