Joining up accounts

Hi. What is the easiest way to join accounts up when there is more than 'one person' in the system. For example we have manually enterred someone but they have then created their own entries.

1. Go to the account you want to remove
2. Add (2) to the lastname eg change Fogg to Fogg (2)
3. Go to the tab competitions
4. Choose Edit, Select All
5. Choose File, Edit. A new form opens
6. Choose the rider name you want to merge to eg. Lauren Fogg (without the (2)
(If Payer or Receiver needs to be changed you can do it the same way)
7. Choose OK
Now you can remove the Fogg (2) account
2. Add (2) to the lastname eg change Fogg to Fogg (2)
3. Go to the tab competitions
4. Choose Edit, Select All
5. Choose File, Edit. A new form opens

7. Choose OK
Now you can remove the Fogg (2) account
