Hi,
I am looking to use the 'Club' function and need some help. I can see how to create new 'clubs' in the event , add them to a rider and can see the field to tick to get it to appear in the start list tables.
I cannot work out how to get this into the entry system so that the competitors can nominate at point of entry which club they are in. IF anyone can help that would be great?

The club function in app.equipe.com is based on the connection with the NF where they kept the memberlists per club.
As the 'simple' Equipe entry system is not aware of possible club names and member lists the club are not implemented in entry.equipe.com

Is it possible to add any free text fields on the entry form when competitors enter?

Unfortunately no. The only text field is the 'message to organisor'

I see there is a custom field ‘add’ section in the app section, where does this add custom fields to?
If we manually add riders to clubs once in the app, do they appear on the class print outs?
Can they appear tv screens?

The custom fields are used to create extra fields (text/boolean/number) on the people / horse / starts level and can be used to print on the printed startlists and when it are custom start fields they can be used in online.equipe.com as well.
You can add the club on the rider manualy in app but thats per show/meetings. This data is not preserved between shows.

I am also looking to put in a ‘voluntary’ fee on the entry section. (So that riders can select it if they want to and pay upon entry)
If I create a fee group under show settings - fees , but ‘do not’ select any classes to it will that appear for people to select?
Or do I just untick all the boxes under ‘apply to’

In app.equipe.com => Competitions => add Extra Fee
These can be exported to entry.equipe.com
