Hi Mercedes,

As there is no (live) connection with the British Federation it is not possible to search.
They need to add the horses by typing in the name and other (mandatory) fields including the licence number.

But as it seems to be a CCI5*-L should the entries not come through the FEI entry system?

Hello again, sorry for bothering you again.

For the CCI5* - L they ask me if we could do all this changes before tomorrow in the entry system :

HORSE

Add as horse required field:
  • Color

Correct horse required fields (we mark as required in general configuration but not appears as required, red dot):
  • FEI Id
  • Sire
  • Dam
  • Dam’s Sire

When we add a horse (as Great Britain profile) change “BS-regstration number” for “BE Registration number”

PEOPLE

When we add a owner (as GB profile) change “Owner BS-registration number” for “Owner BE Registration”
Add:
  • Owner Adress
  • Owner email address
  • Owner contact number
  • Add second owner
  • Stabling information (arrival date/time
  • Lorry information
  • Commentator notes
Thank you very much.

Kind regards,
Mercedes

The red dot's when entering horses are the minimal required fields for Equipe.
The organisor can set per show more mandatary fields and the check for that is executed when the horse is entered for a competition

As mentioned before for International shows the data should be get from the FEI entry system.

Equipe doesn't have fields for separate owner details.

The request to change fields depending on the country is not valid as you must be able to enter horses for competing in other countries also. Eg a lot of UK riders are based in Belgium and need to put the Belgium number in that field.

We advise the riders to put that information in the Notes to organisor
