There is something weird happening with rider flags on Equipe: In the riders list: Abdullah Al Awadhi has Italian flag, the club settings is Kuwait flag, riders flag is also Kuwait.

It looks like your import CSV does not contain the Nation Code. I selected KUW again and published the masterlist and it's seem to be solved. Also I corrected a rider without a flag in the masterlist and the KUW flag now appears as well.
If you want to use the flag of the club you need to set this in File, Publish Online per competition. image.png30.9 KB
