In order to reduce stress and provide more room for growth in equestrian sports, we made an important change. We no longer send push notifications for children under the age of 13.
This means that competition results will no longer be pushed as notifications to other users' phones for these young riders. Instead, if one wishes to access the results, they will need to actively search for them.
Equipe has thus aligned itself with the guidelines of the Swedish Equestrian Federation (SvRF) for rankings, where similar age restrictions exist to protect children's well-being and reduce pressure within the equestrian sport.
he latest update in online.equipe.com allows users to filter shows based on multiple countries. It's a great way to personalize the user experience and make it more convenient for users to find the show they want to follow.
Competitions and lists can now be pinned so they are displayed over the time schedule, preventing them from being collapsed. This way, you can ensure that the most important information is always visible.
The pinned items also respect the arena settings, so they are grouped to each arena and is shown in the order the arenas are listed.
This features is available on all platforms, including iOS, Android, and web, making it accessible to all users regardless of their preferred device.
Publish settings for each competition have been combined into a single menu, making it easier for users to manage their competition settings. Possible to choose between displaying the national flag or club logo for each competition. For dressage competitions, choose whether or not to publish the marking sheet.
A new feature is the ability to pin competitions or lists, which will then be displayed above the time schedule at online.equipe.com and can't be collapsed. This will help you make sure that most important information is always visible.
For this menu you can set the list as divider which can be used as a separator or to display a message in bold at online.equipe.com.
Finally, setting for auto-publish. When this Auto publish results is set, submitted results will automatically be published. This is enabled when the competition is published.
We're excited to announce a new feature - the ability to checkout horses in the FEI Horse App directly from Equipe.
This addition is designed to simplify the checkout process for our international customers, when you handover the passport, you can also press the checkout button. The feature is integrated into our Equipe software, and users can easily enable it under show settings.
But there's more! In addition to the checkout feature, we're now storing 'Arrived At' and 'Departed At' as custom fields on each horse. This added information can be incredibly useful and can be enabled on start lists and printouts, providing a more comprehensive overview of each horse's journey.
We tested the system recently in Opglabbeek and it worked well, logging actions with users’ FEI ID numbers accurately. Although we're rolling this out for all users, it's entirely up to you whether to enable it or not.
So, if you're an international customer who frequently handles checkouts, give this new feature a try. We built it to make your life a bit easier.
If the break got a name it will be shown in reposition screen.
This has been a problem for a long time hors concours starts did not up correctly in the time schedule.
Major update in our point of sale feature! We have added support for multiple stores, and you can now set what is sold where. All of this is done in the new interface under 'Show settings' to get the best overview.
We have also introduced a new option to set a store to have its sold items delivered directly, which is useful for the Entrance, where you can hand over proof for paid electricity or extra rider bracelets. Stores that deliver items directly can also see how many items of the sold products have been delivered so far.
A bonus effect of this feature is that you can have delivery spots, where we can see incoming orders that only contain items from a specific store, and this can be marked for delivery. Imagine a team whose sole purpose is to deliver hay as fast as possible.
There are two built-in stores: Default and Self Service. Default is the default store when you don't define a specific store, similar to how it behaves currently. Self Service contains items that are available to riders or grooms in their mobile app.
Neither of these stores allows for direct delivery because Self Service is designed for riders or grooms to make orders themselves, and Default because of backwards compatibility.
For your own new stores you can define this yourself.
Small but still worth mentioning, we added an arena to hopefully make it easier to find in the scoreboard scenes that you want to import.
