You've already have the tool to help resolve collisions thanks to the Time Schedule feature in Equipe. If you have fine tuned you time schedule, updated time per start to reflect the course and speed (you can get help by looking at previous days, the system will tell you the real numbers in the time schedule for past days), this information can now be published on all competitions where there is predefined start time, just by clicking Advanced under File > Publish Online, and check the box for Publish estimated start times
